Walk With A Doc: starting up again in October!
Walk With A Doc (WWAD) is a program for everyone interested in taking steps towards a healthier lifestyle. You don't need any special gear and there are no rules. All ages, shapes, sizes and abilities are welcome. Just put on a pair of comfortable shoes and join us!
We will chat about a health topic for a couple of minutes, and then people are welcome to walk at their own pace, whether that is moseying, skipping, hopping, or just plain sashaying along the path! Walk for as long as you want, at the pace that is right for you. Hope to see you out there!
First walk of autumn: Thursday, October 13, at 12h30. Let’s meet at 591 March Road and go from there!. Future walks: every Thursday EXCEPT 3rd Thursday of the month, when there will be a Lunch & Learn instead.
Note there will not be a walk on October 25 as Dr. Purdy will be away.
